Discover the Unique Flavors of Timor-Leste: Kailitlau Whole Bean Coffee

Transport your taste buds to the eastern ridge of Kailitlau Mountain in Ermera, where this honey-processed coffee is produced by dedicated farmers. Savor the creamy, papaya, and floral notes in this light roast that brings a unique tropical vibrancy to your cup. Grown at elevations of 1400-1900 MASL, the Timor and Typica varietals provide a delicate yet memorable flavor profile.

Produced by four small farming groups—Lekisala, Taurema, Hatlala, and Loiludo—this coffee represents a collaboration of 73 households from the Dukurai ethnic group. These families have farmed along the mountain ridge for generations, with coffee production serving as their primary source of income.
